Return & Exchange Policy:
• You can request a full refund or exchange if the item broken within 7 days of purchase (we do not accept the return due to change of mind ). Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (shipping must be traceable). The returned items must be safely packed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Please note that items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged.
• For faulty, damaged, or defective items, or if the item doesn't match the original description, notify us within 5 business days via email. Our team will assist you with the return shipping process.
Dispute Resolution:
• Customers can raise disputes with NutriSalt LTD, and we review each case individually.
• In case of a defective or damaged item, customers need to email photographic evidence to our address.
Refunds & Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned items.
